25 Gallon Saltwater Beginner Aquarium

Hello everyone. I have been studying saltwater fish for awhile now and would like to start a tank. I have a 25 gallon I have filter, gravel, heater, thermometer, hood, etc. I would like to start with some clownfish, and maybe even a small anemone if that would be possible, should I put any live rocks in there? My lfs has salt should I just put some of that in after I set the tank up with water and everything? How often do I add salt?
