Should be ok for some SPS, place them correctly and make sure your water stats are perfect too.

As Ben said there are a few SPS which would be ok under such a low flow rate but in general it's not enough

I would suggest you looked at this

either the nano or 1. Will give much a much wider and better quality of flow. Rather than just one stream of it. Easier to keep clean and more efficient too

yes ok i think i have to get one of them when i get the cash i already got a nano one of them brilliant pumps exept my red bit broke off and had to be glued on, cant change angle now
