Here we have a 24" Cube aquarium with homemade pine stand and lid. The tank also has sliding coverglasses 200w heater and T8 arcadia original troplical light tube & starter.

I had this set up as a Freshwater tropical tank but my intention was always to use it for a reef setup - unfortunatly my little boy has just started walking and we need the room so the reef plan has to go on my list of things of things to do when I retire (in about 35 years!)

The tank has a chip (Pictured) on one edge from where we moved house - it was set up for a year after this happened so I can guarantee it to be 100% watertight. Apart from the chip the tank is clean & ready to be used.

The stand & lid are home made by myself, the base is very very sturdy. The lid has warped a bit despite sealing the inside surfaces to protect from condensation, I think this is more due to it being in our garage and may well straighten out again when it is in a centrally heated room. Basically the lid does the job but I've got to admit that I'm no great carpenter (definatly more proud of the stand than the top though!)

Stand (maximum) Dimensions W-64cm H-84cm D-64cm

Stand + Tank + Lid Maximum Dimensions W76cm H150cm D65cm
