What rating is this for? A pump? A filter? What are you keeping in the tank? You should really try to put more thought into your posts and explain to people what you are talking about.

I don't think their particularly messy fish so the filtering doesn't need to be that powerful, just efficient. What is perhaps more important than water turnover, is the area of filter media you have. If you have a high turnover into a small filter chamber, it will clog more quickly than a the same turnover into a larger filter. (Can you tell i've just read my latest PFK! Exactly the same question was mentioned in the letters section this month!)
