Love it mate. Ironically this is one of the best setups I've seen. It's so simple and clean like you say.
Of course the fish would appreciate more plants and stuff .

Yea it's becoming more and more transparent and fragile

Do you know why?
At a guess, I would say that the lighting looks pretty average so that could be its problem.

Amazon swords are heavy root feeders - you have just plain gravel, right?  There's your issue.  I have low light and my amazon is fine, as long as it can feed from the roots.  Also, the OLD leaves generally will melt back.  But, new leaves should replace them.   
 
When you bought this plant (got this plant) was it submerged or was it grown in the air?

Ok.  The issue is probably that its struggling to get the nutrients it needs from the substrate.  A root tab should do the trick.   The problem for your tank is that it is too "clean".  There isn't much for the plant to use for nutrients.  Add the root tab near the plant, and it should perk up in a few days.

Ahh okay, that would make a lot of sense. I actually thought they were leaf feeders. But the moly and platy Aren't producing much anyway.
