2 x Gold Gouramies for sale

2 x gold gouramies for sale.

Approx a year old, 1 is around 14cm long and the other around 11cm. Bought from a reputable aquatics dealer and kept in a healthy, underpopulated 350l tank.

Selling as realise they need a larger group, as the bigger one is starting to get a little aggressive with other fish.

Not sure what sex they are - see photos.

They both look like females. Males have a longer more pointed dorsal (top) and anal (bottom) fins. Females have a shorter more rounded dorsal and anal fin.

This species of gourami (Trichogaster trichopterus) is highly territorial and should only be kept on their own or in pairs (1 male & 1 female). Two females can get along but usually the dominant one will bully the weaker fish.
