2 Tier 4ft Metal Stand Info

I bought one of these from a carboot. But at closer inspection it looks a bit flimsy. Its the 1st time I've used anything like this, all of my other stands have been wooden.
Will this stand be able to hold 2 4'X1' tanks? or is there anything I should do to sturdy it up a bit?
