2 Questions. Betta And Tetra Help

Hey guys, my first question is about my betta.  He seems to leave these huge balls of poop. lol I'm worried it may up the ammonia level if it lays there to long.  Will it become a problem? if so, how do i clean it w/o having to empty the entire tank out.
 
My second question is about a tetra. I have 7 tetras in a 10 gallon.  They were all doing well until last night one was swimming vertically and kinda "head bobbing" up and down.  Like it was shaking itself up and down like a salt shaker lol. I was told that it may be pregnant, but this morning it seemed to be doing fine, its not salt shaking itself anymore lol. Did it lay eggs?

The 10 gal with tetras is cycled now lol. I had a problem with that earlier, but not its nitro cycled.
The betta tank is 2.5 gal. I want to put him in the 10 gal, but I took him out about 1-2 months ago, due to it not being cycled.
My dad said it was laying eggs.  the tetra is swimming normal now.  There's all 7 of them swimming fine.
 
Should I do a 100% wc to get the betta poop out? I may just put him in the 10 gallon finally.  And if the tetra did lay eggs, what are the chances they'll hatch? Will the other tetras eat the fry?

Are you doing weekly water changes? Most do a 25% or larger w/c once a week. You can use the gravel siphon to pick up the poo.

you should probaly do a 100 percent change just in case.
