2 of my black widow tetras coloration

i just relized that 2 of my black widows fins are like white or clearish. i jsut relized that. it might have been like that alwasy or it just happend. the rest of them there fins are dark black. i don't know what that means. is it too diffrent genders showing or what ?

Hi I also have skirt tetras, and mine do the same thing, it is usually after a water change or cleaning of their tank. Also they do it when they are stressed, have you tested your water? It may be nothing that i have mentioned, but i usually keep an eye on mine, they warn me when something is bothering them. 1 of mine even loses most of the coloring in her stripes. Crazy huh. I am sure someone else will be more able to help. Sandy
