2 gal tank

I've got a 2gal tank from gold fish I had few years back, with no light or heater, but now I am lookin to get a drawf puffer, dont know whether it will get on with tiger barb&neons that I got in the 15gal tank.
Tiger and Neons swim quite fast and they never border each other, they always swim near each other in fact, so I think they should.
if not I want to get some puffer in seperate tank, but this tank is bit basic with under gravel filter, so might have to get everything except the tank, and I dont know where I can find the light for s tank that small and wot filter would be good for this?
if anyone know could you please help.

personally i'd only keep dwarf puffers in a species only tank as they'll have a go at anything they can.. you can get small clip on halogen lights and a 25w heater plus you could just pick up a tiny sponge power filter from fluval or something similar that stick to the inside of the tank with suckers. make sure there are plenty of little hiding places/plants etc. for him and all should be fine.
