The first thing you should read is this!

To find out what kind of fish are suitable for your water, we need to know the parameters, like hardness and Ph. You can usually find this information on your water provider's website.

Hi thanks for ur response the ph levels are between 7.30 and 8.60 and my water hardness is in the soft bracket 0.0-0.50 ppm

With that size tank and low hardness, you have a lot of options. I would say get a close idea of what kinds you want, then ask if they would work.

I'm really wanting a good few neon tetras wat bigger fish can u recommend along with them also I'm thinking what would be a maximum number for that thank it's long rectangular 105 litre

Lots of plant and drift wood. Aim to have your tank slightly acidic pH 6.7-6.9. This will stop a lot of the problems with ammonia spikes etc. Live plants to between 30-50% of the volume of your tank. A natural base. Cycle for 10 days until the plants start to grow add a couple of fish at a time over the next few weeks. Take your time, don't do it all at once.

Thanks for advice

Rasboras, barbs, hatchetfish, small loaches. Larger tetra species like lemon tetra. Gourami, rams. Lots of options.

What are the tank dimensions (length x width x height)?

You need to find out what the pH actually is. Between 7.3 and 8.6 is not helpful.
The GH (general hardness), KH (carbonate hardness) and pH of your water supply can usually be obtained from your water supply company's website or by telephoning them. If they can't help you, take a glass full of tap water to the local pet shop and get them to test it for you. Write the results down (in numbers) when they do the tests. And ask them what the results are in (eg: ppm, dGH, or something else).

Depending on what the GH of your water is, will determine what fish you should keep.
Tetras, barbs, gouramis, rasbora, Corydoras and small species of suckermouth catfish all occur in soft water (GH below 150ppm).

Livebearers (guppies, platies, swordtails, mollies), rainbowfish and goldfish occur in medium hard water with a GH around 200-250ppm.

If you have very hard water (GH above 300ppm) then look at African Rift Lake cichlids or use distilled or reverse osmosis water to reduce the GH and keep fishes from softer water.
