ok so the other day my sister got me a sun catfish who is in my 10 gallon tank for now (i dare not put him in with my betta fry or guppies), and today i got a pair of cory cats to go in my female betta tank. i already know that the sun cat will get pretty large which i have a 30 gallon tank lined up for him at that point, and possibly a custom tank if need be. right now my sun is only about 1.5-2 inches max and does have afew plants and large rocks that he can hide its self in.
what i want/need to know is
1) how fast do sun cats usually grow?
2) can i mix different types of catfish, and if i can mix them what would go best with sun cats?
3) what do both the sun and the cory cats like to eat most besides any thing that fits into thier mouth? i was told to get them shrimp pellets so for now thats what they have for now, plus frozen brine shrimp, but is there anything else that they like better that i can get frozen/freeze dried?
if you could help me out that would be greatly appreciated. also if you have any other information that couldbe helpful please let me know. sorry in advance if this is the wrong place for this post, and if this sort of thing gets asked alot.
