17L Nano?

i hve just Remembered that i have a 17L tank is it possible to turn it into a very small nano just with live rock and some snails. And hermits? also could i put a sofite in there?

You could do either Harry but if you want a mandy in the future your plan of turning it into a copepod tank is good

a container/tank
air line
phyto
a window or window sill
copepod cuture to start it off
salty water
fine sieve

chuck in your water
turn on your airline
plop in your copepods
pour in your phyto until water turns the colour of weak tea

top up ro water every couple of days
top up on phyto although in the summer you will get green water so not needed

and then after about three or four weeks start to harvest - put in tank after lights out or your clowns will eat them, wait a few months for pods to grow in your tank and then go choose the fattest mandy you can find

It would be fine Harry but you already have a tank, so you could just buy the phyto, culture and air pump. But if someone is going to buy for Christmas, then woo hoo - all in one go
