Well in a normal shaped tank (square, rectangle) 15l is perfect for 1 betta. But as its a Biorb, the best advice i can gve you is that they are only suitable for snails and shrimps when heavely planted.

Round tanks are awkward for fish to swim in so its advisable to just keeping the snails or shrimps. :)

it only has two plants in and one is a silk one i just wanted someting a bit different as i already have a 125l tank in the room just wanted something smaller with a few wierd fish in lol

is ok to keep bettas in a 15l biorb if so how many would i be able 2 have ?
You can't keep male bettas with other males or with females. Females can be kept together in a group of at least four, but 15 litres is nowhere near big enough for that number.

A recangular 15 litre tank is only suitable for one betta, either male or female, but not a biorb as betta 246 said

yes i herd that males couldnt be kept togther so i was just thinink of having the one in there. how many neon tetras would a 15l biorb take ?

I wouldn't put a betta in the bi-orb as 15l is the absoloute minimum for a betta and as the tank is a sphere the betta will have much less swimming space.
Also the filter is too strong for a betta.

The filter in the biorb isnt strong, as far as i know its the same filter in all biorbs and its quite a gentle one.
