Sold the 225 Gallon Tank and decided to keep an 11.5 Gallon Shrimp tank lol
Wondering if it's large enough to keep a school of Celestial Pearl Danio, I know online it says 10 Gallons is the minimum but is that a fair enough size? Not a big fan of small tanks for this exact reason.

For lighting I think I was going to try Aqueon Planted Aquarium Clip-On LED Light, do you guys think it will be enough to grow some dwarf grass, Staurogyne repens, Helianthemum quadricostatus, substrate will be fertilized and will be using liquid fertilizer.

Thanks!

That is the minimum tank size (assuming 45cm/18 inches length) but a larger would not hurt. This species is best in a group of 20 Or more. @seangee has a tank of this species, he can comment.

My experience of LED is next to nil, so I will leave that question for others.

Substrate plants need 30 PAR at substrate level. PAR substrate charts can be found on line or go to rotalabutterfly light calculator and plug in the specs.Or you could drop $300 on a PAR meter. Higher PAR levels are usually easier to obtain in smaller shallower tanks. Hope this helps.
