10g Tall Species Tank

I have a fully cycled 10 gallon tall tank and would like to make it a small species tank. It is a biube pure with the guts ripped out and a internal filter fitted so footprint is small.

Any ideas on what would work well?

Maybe a group of endlers and cherry shrimp.

Previously had RCS and guppies so would like to move away from livebearers. Should of mentioned, sorry.

What about Chili/Mosquito Rasboras ( Boraras brigittae ). I just seen them in my LFS, really neat looking fish. I am thinking about getting some for my 10g with some rice fish. Or perhaps Galaxy Rasboras, they are awesome also.

What are the dimensions of the tank? That would help decide what fish would be happy.

It's a cylinder shaped 12 inches in diameter and 18 inches tall.
