10 gallon percula nano tank

in my sw lfs they are selling a nano which is about 10 gallon / 15 gallons maybe 20 gallons, not that big anyway, with true perculas and something else, can't quite remember. it came with live sand / rock / salt / and the water that was already in it, not sure about the fish though. for £120. Not bad I thought.
Its a great shop anyway, i thought the prices of some of the fish are a bit steep. percula £10. Dog Faced Puffers £16. long nosed thingy's/ that obnoxious fish of finding nemo for i think it was around the £30 area.
I'll let you know of some more when i go there later. but I really just wanted to ask for your opinion of the tank.

What kind of filtration and lighting comes with it?

And there is a huge difference between 10 and 20 gallons in the marine world.

You mention liverock and livesand, this is obioulsy part of the filtration process but you dont say how much live rockcomes with it (this is very important).

Does it have a skimmer?
Lighting?
And any other form of filtration?
