10 Gallon Hex

I had an aquaclear 150 on my 10 hex and it was great for the longest time, but it just broks. a friend of mine had an extra filter. it was a whisper power filter junior. Will that be an OK replacement, or should i start savin for a new aquaclear?

I believe the Whisper Jr. filter is meant for two to five gallon tanks. I had one in my 10 gallon tank before I realized it was only a 2-5gal filter and not 2-10 like I originally thought. I now have a Whsiper 5-15 in my 10 gallon. Short term, I think the Whisper Jr would be better than not having anything at all, but you'll need to get something bigger before too long.
