a few days ago i noticed my mollie had a swollen eye..so i tested the water did a 25% water change tested the water again and everything was normal...i wake up this morning and the mollie has no eye its just an empty hole 
ive checked the water for everything again and its perfect...tell me, is the mollie suffering..should i put it down???

oh my gosh that is so sad. in my opinion you might be able to tell whether or not the fish is suffering by its actions. like say if its hiding in the plants, laying still on the bottom all day, or refusing to eat then i would say he might be in agony. However if he's functioning normally, then i would imagine he is ok. keep in mind this is all my opinion, and you should do whatever you think is right. personally i have a hard time ever imagining myself euthanizing a fish, but then again i've never been in the situation. best of luck with ur mollie, i hope he is ok!
