    Yellow Finned WCMM

I was out looking for a few more Gold WCMM to add to my 18G and came across 2 that had yellow fins. Pretty unique, I just had to take them home. Does anybody know if this is common? If not, I was hoping I could make a breeding project out of this.

I currently have a 70 litre (18.5 US Gallon) tank with dimensions of 58 x 30 x 40cm (23" x 11" x 15"). The temperature is kept unheated at around 18 Degrees Celsius (65 Degrees Fahrenheit) with a stocking of 6 Golden White Clouds and 3 Platy (2 female:1 male). According to AqAdvisor, the...

    Shredded? Goldfish Fins

I was checking all of my tanks when I got up today, and one of the two goldfish I picked up is in sorry condition. His tail is a bit shredded, and the back 1/4 area of his body is a brownish orange, the darkest part around his anus. He is swimming a lot slower today than yesterday, and I saw one...

    Dent the WCMM

So, I have had Dent for about a year. He is a Gold White Cloud Mountain Minnow. I walked up to the tank earlier and almost freaked out, because I thought he was dead. I went to net him out and he swam right out of the net. He just rests at the top of the tank, until something gets close, then he...

    Fish on a Diet

Everywhere I look it seems like people are saying that White Cloud Mountain Minnows are super gentle and food shy and you have to feed them on the separate side of the tank because everybody will out compete them for food. As far a my white clouds are concerned, this is 100% not true. They will...

    Paradise Fish a good fit?

I recently had to move my Florida Flag Fish from my 29 gallon tank into their own 10 gallon since they were beating up my Corydoras on a regular basis. At the moment I have a mix of gold and regular WCMM, 4 male Guppy fish, and 4 (soon to be 7) Pepper Corycats along with an albino BN pleco. The...
