tsn rtc

This was sold to me as a "tiger shovelnose catfish". But as its growing its kinda looking more like a red tail tiger shovelnose hybrid, aka a leopard catfish. Have i been swindled?, is this a pure TSN or RTC x TSN? (sorry for bad photo quality hes swimming really fast)
