pink tetra

Hi im Paul had my tank (20G)  for about 3 years now had my ups and downs with some fish whitespot and such i have a 4 pink tetras and one has something wrong with it. It is feeding but i dont like the look of it i have treated tank with disease clear as a first i need help diagnosing the problem...
