dry hands

Not really fish related per say , but how does everyone manage to avoid dry hands im only in my 3rd month of fish keeping and with 2 fish tanks my hands are severely dried . I constantly need to keep sticking my hand to pick up floating plants or whatever the case not to mention water changes...
