algae plant

I have a 15 Gallon saltwater bio-cube tank and a couple of weeks ago, a red coral/algae plant started growing in it.  I spoke to a local fish store and they told me not to worry about it.  Wondering if anyone in the forum has seen this type before (see attached picture).     Thanks
