ahh...just got back from work and hes just staying idle, but hes vertical. He's not moving at all. There's some food still floating around from earlier (not too much, but if he was hungry he would eat them).

Hmm...the plant should be an a live aqua plant, and it came packaged in a tube and at the bottom was a little compartment type thing with gel inside. The packaging specifically states that it's an aquarium plant and can be submerged under water? :S Oh well, Ill try to return it. False...
