I went to the pet store today and bought a BEAUTIFUL red male crowntail! Havent thought of a name yet, but what do ya guys think?

i have no idea why he died...he looked like he might've been sick though. He was losing his color, and i dont mean to sound crazy but i swear he was thinking "just do it now. Im done for".

im sad to say that my Betta, Zeus, has passed away....i was changing his water and he was lying on his side. Not much later, he was gone...Rest in Peace, Zeus, i'll miss ya buddy :rip:

Its about time! both of the times i have fed Zeus, he was very skeptical about eating the Betta Bits.They did seem a little big, but he managed. Anyway he would go up to the Food and sit there and look at it until i turned away from him and then he started to eat. Now, its like he'll only eat if...

Hey guys, i was lookin on google to try to find out what kind/color of crowntail betta is, and i came across this one. Its not mine, but i have NEVER seen one like this. If they're at the LFS, there's no doubt in my mind i'm buying one! Have you ever seen one like this?

i actually looked this one up on google, but id love to have this fish! i might buy one of these as a matter of fact.

i like your quote btw. The petsmart where i bought him from treated all of them fairly well, though i dont like the idea of cups. its sad how some stores ignore the fish like they're just another animal and dont appreciate the beauty of them. i really did want to buy all of them. i love em all!
