Thanks - found the thread here :blush: It seems that one of them is developing a white raised spot on the first ray of the dorsal fin (we were actually wondering if he had hurt himself :D), but the other one is smaller and younger, so we might not know for a while yet.

Yes, they are quite small and as we are quite inexperienced I wouldn't want to cause them stress by taking them out of the water and holding them belly up just yet. But I will keep that in mind for the future, thanks :)

Hi there, We have got 2 Comets (1 orange, 1 silver-orange) in a 10 gallon tank. They are small (1.5 inches) at the moment, very happy and alert :) We've cycled the tank before we got them, feed them every other day, water is fine and so are they :lol: Had I done my homework on here rather...
