    Yes, teacup sting ray do exist they grow pretty small in diameter. I believe they grow 18-20 inches in diameter when captive but in the wild they grow to 30 inches.

    In the US it is not illegal to use fedder fish. I have an LFS that labels one of their tanks as feeder fish. They're mostly tiny goldfish though and they cost pretty cheap I believe it's ten cents each. If you pick them they 19 cents each.

    My full list is 4 Malawis: 1 blue 1 yellow and 2 red 1 spotted Fuelliborni 1 tanganeyki (I want to say it's Compressiceps Cichlid not 100% sure) 2 mainganos 1 (what the store described as bumble bee cichlid) 1 albino mbuna 1 orange mbuna 1 yellow lab   I believe that's it.

    @lockman yes, the filter was fully cycled its been running for about 2 years. I cycled this tank 2 years ago it's just recent that I decided to do a rescape because of the move.
