    I have just set up a 6x2x2 tank in my kitchen on a stand i made myself, plus 25k of rocks and 60k of sand. Im still waiting for the bang and splash. :unsure:

    I saw this on ebay also and thought, Where the hell could you put that, Well looks like you found a great spot. Who knows the kids may want to do the washing up more often now :lol: . 1 thing i would do is add an airstone, there is not a lot of surface area for the size of the tank. Good luck...

    4 Gallon High Tank

    Well why not go for some amano shrimp. Great fun to watch i often see mine walking upside down across the suface of the water. Also if done correct with a few plants you dont need to filter and you dont need to feed.

    Wow i just got an Arcadia metal halide 150w pendant light, brand new still boxed with bulb for 30 pounds. The Idiot had listed it under the gardening section so only i bid on it. :P

    Best way i find is dont try to make it look good just put things in any old fashion then you notice its looking good =) . there is no way to make it look natural if your trying too.

    Loaches

    Yups Loaches are great fish. I have 7 Clowns at the mo, 1 is 10 inches long. I have just made a cabinet for my next tank a 6x2x2 which is going to be loach heaven =).

    unusual behaviour

    Could just be having a bad day or 2. My fish do it all the time. I have a 10 inch Clown loach who gets that way every now and again then it all ends in him detroying as many plants as possible and he is fine again. But if you think it could be a lil deaper than that try putting your molly into...

    Hmmm.........Should I Change Water This Way?

    I have tanks set up just for water changes , i just keep them filled and at the correct temp + ph + hardness , all chemicals go in there the day before i do the change.

    Pour Aqua Cycle onto my external filter media?

    I know most of the LFS owners pretty well, if i ever need to cycle a new tank i just ask them for some of there filter media and gravel. You could offer to buy some it would probs be cheaper than buying some of the so called cycling products.

    Where do you get your rocks?

    I get mine from mountain streams in the Lake District which is about 40 mins away from where i live. We go camping a lot there and usually come home with a few each time. At least we get them before any pollutants can get on them and have never had any probs , I also think its not actually legal...
