Yes very much so, where the fry go, the parents go. They have their one spot which is around the big rock I have in there and the plastic plant (yes I know, plastic isn't great lol)

elodea plant is brillaint, leave it in your tank and it just grows! Asian Ambulia - grows in total darkness!! :P (ok maybe not total darkness) but it's a brilliant first time plant.

hmm well algae is not too much of a problem ,on the glass if its there i use a an algae glass scraper and viola, on the ornaments it does build up slighty but the black moor likes to peck away at it, but before i had fake plants in, now ive got some real ones so dont know if that will help?

should i get higher watt light? drop me the link to the £10 one please. is it a T5?
