sup guys i have 60 gallon tank and i just bought a 2 t5 coralife double linear strip with 10,000k daylight and true actinic blue fluorecent lamps, with this be enough to my tank??? and what does 10,000k means?

thats what happen to my 40g tank before now i learn my lesson dont leave your light on 24hr a day now wat u do is make a 20 to 40 water change and u should be ok trust me on this im a newbie too :P

i got a 70g tank its 36x18x24. i just started cyling it with 2 fluval 204 msf..my question is should i start putting plants or should i wait a bit more time......
