Hey all..... My friend has a 55 USA gallon tank, and I just tested her water for her. She had an Ich problem that was taken care of, but now her Nitrates are around 20 as of right now. Everything else is good, but the Nitrates. How much water should she change to get this back down to 0...

Updated Day 5.....Ammonia reached 0ppm and Nitrites are at 5.0+ Im hoping I added enough ammonia....I didnt want to over due it bc Im still learning the color chart....tryin to be as precise as possible!

Day 2 has been updated on the water testing.....The only weird thing is that the HIGHPH is a color thats not even on the Color Chart that I am using. Yesterday when I tested the HIGHPH it was the dark purple.....today is a Rosey pink color. I hope this is ok....maybe bc its just way above the...

I am in the US and we do have an Ace Hardware!! Do you kno the brand or the name of the product so I will kno exactly what to look for? If not Im sure someone there can help me...Ill just have to make sure it contains ammonia and water only. The only thing is the foaming part....How am I going...
