i use api root tabs every 3 weeks and micro nutrients weekly also use flourish excel daily ?

every 3 weeks some of the leaves on my vallis go brown on new leaves and old ones just woondered if this is normal because it still grows quite well plenty of runners any advise would be helpfull thanx

hi i put some api root tabs under my plants but now its turned the water slightly cloudy why is this ? should i do a water change are will this just be chucking my money down the toilet can anyone recomend root tabs what dont do this thanx

do i need to replace the white floss filter every week. and should i replace the carbon filter for something diffrent or just replace it with carbon why is it in anyway when some people dont add treatments to water shouldnt they add this when they want to remove it ???

im just coming to the end of my cycle pal and 30ltr water changes daily with aquasafe water treatment worked for me this will keep the nitrites from gettin too high and reduse ammonia levels am no expert but it worked for me

hi all i think my tank has finishied its cycle it now reads after ba month of waiting and cycling with a hand full of fish that are still alive :hyper: ph 7.0 no ammonia nitrite only slight and there are no nitrates can i add more fish now and the other thing that worries me is my plants arnt...

DO U NO IF THE SELL DWARF JAVA FERN THAT MAY GROW INBETWEEN THE SLATE PITTY ABOUT THE ANUBIAS THEY WOULD HAVE LOOKED COOL IN THE MIDDLE :rolleyes:

maybe the anubias are not a good choice to grow between slate then do u sell plants then truck ?

cheers il keep up wi water changes n check ammonia and no2 daily i also am using a sera co2 reactor 1 tablet every other day for good plant growth this will not interfear with the cycle process will it thanx.

hi i have the jewel trigon 190ltr tank that is well planted i use api plant food via sinking them into the substrate were the plants can absorb nutrients via roots . iv now added seara co2 reactor does anyone know if 1 tablet every other day is enogh co2 to help my plants along thanx :blink:

just checked the tap water and theres no trace of nitrite at all so if i keep up the daily water changes of 30 ltrs the idea is the nitrites should slowly drop ? i hope so lol another thing is in the jewel filters is it really necesary to change the white filter every week the last one the goes...
