some people on here are saying that you shouldnt put neons into a tank that has just been cycled as they will die, aparantly they need a mature tank?

well i was thinking: Angel Fish Barbs (Dont Know Which Ones) Corydora Tetra Rainbowfish Swordtails

I have been looking around and i have seen that there isnt really anywhere that says which fish are best to be put into a cycled tank first. I have just seen that neon tetra's are not good to be put in first, so i was just wondering what would be good to put in first. Cheers

So, i have decided i am going to buy a Fluval Roma 125, and was thinking about what fish i want in it. For definate i was thinking: 2 Angel Fish Was Thinking Shark Catfish, but am not too sure if they are ok for the size of the tank Also same with Silver Shark Was Thinking about some Tetra's...

cool, i think im gonna stick to the fluval roma 125 tho, whats best to use the Fluval U3 filter that ill get with the tank or a Fluval U4 Which i already have, thanks

i have been looking up fish and compatabilities for going in the same tank. i have found a few which can go in the tank im getting soon which is a 180 litre tank. the fish are: Shark Catfish X2 Silver Shark X3 Angel Fish X2 Clown Barb X4 I have been on a website which says my guide stocking...

ye i turned it on out of the water but the noise was really loud! so i could put it fully in the water or leave the top out. Also i dont understand what it means about the polyester pads, its saying i can put them in but will have to change them regularly? sorry i dont know anything as i am new...

Hi just done a 50-75% water change and the nitrite appears to have gone down to 0, i bought some stuff called API Stress Zyme it says to put it in every 7 days but as i have change the majority of the water should i put some in or wait for the 7th day to come around? thanks

Just done a test here are my results: PH - 7.6 Ammonnia - 0 Nitrite - 0.5 - 1 Nitrate - 20 If so how much water should i take out? I have 5 Zebra Danio's in the tank. Cheers

Hi, i just wanted some advise on plants, should i put them in the tank whilst the tank is cycling or shall i wait until the tank is cycled and put the in then? Also i have a question about my heater, if i put it at i higher temperature does it speed up the cycling process?, i think i heard this...

yh all the power head does is filter more water per hour, some one on here said just the filter turns over your tank 2.5x per hour but with the power head it turns over your tank 5x per hour. about the filter doesnt it have suckers on the side or anything?

i think you may need a power head as well, im getting a 180litre tank and i have a fluval 4+ but some of the member on here have advised me that i will need a power head too, you may wanna look into this
