yes i have cichlids in there. been in there bout a month. the tanks been set up about 3-4months. its the bornw stuff that gose on the plants and tank walls comes off easy but its an eye sour lol

i put live plants. in the tank for a week miss wiggles. my tests it come back as it should do tested it again and exactully the same tests. so i put some danios in the tank they are doing ok tested again same test results comeing back as the tanks cycled

ok cool thank waterdrop i put a gallon of tap water in a bucket and not water from my tank is that fine?

i just did a test on my aqurium water, ammonia was 6.1 by adding my ammonia will it bring it down from 6.1 to 5ppm?

To be honest hun apart from the gourami and angelfish, the species i mentioned are good for beginners cos they are hardy and adaptable. What u could do to start off is get a large shoal of something small from the hardiest groups - say harlequin rasboras or danios, these are extremely hardy...
