beautiful tank, what make is it? im currently buying a new 7ft nd tank or i would be really intrested in this. think it would be a no from the missus on having it as a smaller 2nd tank though :angry:

yes i understand what you are saying, they have been moved to a smaller tank for now as it makes it easier for her to do water changes as she works long hours and is not really a fish keeper i am trying to go up once a week to help with maintenance but i have work commitments so cant guarantee...

i am selling these on behalf of my mother-inlaw, im not a discus keeper but will try and help with any questions as much as i can. all 3 are between 5-6" and have been ID as fallows 1 blue diamond (i think male) 2 marlboro reds (these was bought as a pair but as far as i know are unproven)...

i seem to recall him telling me they had produced eggs but i dont think they was fertilised (he never had young anyway) so as im selling them under my name on this forum i would rather just sell them as unproven pair. thanks for your help

well she has left it to me to sell the tanks and fish so i would rather not try to sell them as a pair so if i put then up at £50 each or £135 for all 3 does that sound reasonable?

im not sure if they are proven. her husband bought them as a pair and also the blue ones as a pair but one died. i had a rough idea on price of around £40-50 each but as i said i dont know alot about discus

is it a malawi thats holding? when i used to have my malawis they tend to hold for around 21 days. the best bet is to leave her in the main tank for around two week (from when you first saw her holding) then if you can put her into a seperate tank or fry trap to spit the fry in her own time...

Ok no problem, the hmf filter in the fluval is easily removed I just used them as fry tanks so didn't need ant major filtration
