    Silicon Sealant

I'm building an external filter with a built in cooler for my cold water tank as I have found the temp is getting too high for my liking. I'm all ready to do the build but woundered it your standard clear silicon sealant was ok to use for the pipe joints? If not what do people tend to use?

    My new newt tank

Here he is again sunning himself this morning. DrOizo the sand was moved around at first but once a flow pattern settled it was fine. It never blows it up into the water just moves it into little dunes. Looks quite cool actually, better than my landscaping.
