I never do a water change. The only water that gets added to my tank is to top up and thats it. Never had an issue with my tank so if it aint broke. Thats not to say water changes are a bad thing of course but each to their own.

the worm in the video is def a eunice worm. They can get big if left and will eat its surroundings, corals etc. They come out at night when your lights are out. If you want to see a whole other marine world, get a red led light and have a look in the tank with no lights on.....it will scare ya!

you may have a predator in there you dont know about, another crab maybe. They could of course be shedding thier skins so they normally go into hiding when they do this and dont come out for a few days
