hello i have a silver shark and it has a large red spot on its anus its seems uncomfortable and keeps darting around and gulping my other 2 silver sharks are behaving in the same way but i can't see spots on them. Any ideas? i'm very worried

i noticed las night that 1 of my silver sharks seems to be darting around a lot and jerking about it looks like its itching or uncomfortable i notices a couple of tiny white spots but i don't no if it would be the illness white spot as they are only vey tiny and i can only see about 2 or 3 over...

they don't look like either they just look like small bright red spikes i don't have digital camera at the mo so can't post a pic. could this be dangerous ??

hello i have a small 45l tank and the internal filter and pump has stopped working without me realising i took the lid off to do my fortnightly water change and maintenance and the water smelt awful!! the pump had ceased working . PLEASE HELP what can i do? i'va already lost 3 fish
