well we moved the female into the little tank and gave her a cave to hide in.. well its a boat with a hole in it lol anyway all she does is hide away in it all day and does not come out at all. ive tryed feeding but just stays put in her cave does this mean the eggs have suvived in her mouth...

well im sorry guys that you dont beleave me but i am telling the truth. who know maybe i have a good filter? anyway are you saying that everything in the tank apart from mollie will hunt them?

well thats put me in my place the water is fine everything is at 0 pretty much with a ph of 7.8 ish the tetras are cardernal ones.

ok guys here is my set up its a 13 gallon tank(uk) we have 2 hopplos 1 black mollie, 1 discus, 1 elephant nose, 2 leopard gourami, and we did have 9 tetras. but now we are down to 4 with no signs of bodys. does any one have any ideas?

hi guys i have just bought 2 leopard gourami's that are a pair and i think the female is ready to spawn i was just wondering if there is anything i can do to trigger spawning or will it come naturally? also is there anything i can do to ensure that the eggs dont get eaten? i dont know anything...

its strange the only thing i can think of is that the cats have been digging in the sand could they have dug up some bad gass or something?

the nitrite tests are fine today even before i did the water chang today so thats good maybe we was over feeding?

yeah the spots are like on the link so thats good that they are normal. ive done a large water change last night and will do one today after i have done the tests. they are a liquid tests. oh and the tank is cylcled or was.

they are mbuna fish the white/yellow spots are on they under fins not the tail but the rear ones.

hmmm on a closer look i think they may have white spot one or two of them. im not sure they are not white more off yellow on the bottom fins

hmm well the nitrite is about 1.0 nitrate is 0 ammonia is 0 it is pretty high but we added new fish 5 days ago

no white spots but one of them has started to get black patches on his skin
