In Central Texas. Use city water, not well. Hard water. pH is between 7.8 and 8.4. Low Chlorine...I always let the water sit for 24 hours before adding it and use a dechlorinator. Otherwise, I can't tell you much cause I don't have a water testing kit...can't get into the city until...

Wow, I hope that's not what he has...that would stink! The only difference is that the white spot is not puffy, nor does it look hard...it looks like raw meat really, and it's an indention in his head, like he scraped a piece off himself, which is not possible, as he was in a bowl with nothing...

It just looks white/raw. Doesn't really look infected, just raw...almost like he ran into something and scraped his head...but it started off as like a red "blister". Then it turned into what it is now. And it's getting bigger...it's already bigger than yesterday when I took the pictures...
