I currently have a 260litre, 4ft tank, which is set up as a planted community tank. As I already have a 180l tank which is planted, I would like to change the 260l, and was thinking of a malawi or tanganyikan. I have 2 externals running on it, along with one small powerhead,and external heater...

Thanks for that, I will await your post. I am away from next Friday for a week, so would not want them delivered until I get back. I wouldnt want to put them in the tank and not be around to keep an eye on them for a week or so.

I may be interested in ALL the Discus, dependant on total cost inc delivery. I am in Devon, so if it is too much, I wouldn't bother. Also the light unit too. How old are the tubes in it?

That's real bad luck, but don't give up. I have had things like this happen to me, and whilst it does try your patience and resolve, it also makes you a better fishkeeper. You will learn from this and I bet it will never ever happen again.

Yeah I understand that, but at £100 for a new one, a second hand one without guarantee (I assume its not got a guarantee) needs to be considerably cheaper.

Trust me, it looks even better in real life. It's simple but stunning.
