I was told to feed my ADFs Reptomin in additon to bloodworms to vary their diet but the Reptomin sticks float at the top. Will the froggies find it there or should I find something to somehow weight the food down with? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I just got 4 ADFs. I got them some frozen bloodworm and thawed one of the little blocks out before feeding the froggies. I refroze the worms that I didn't feed them, is this ok? How many worms should each frog eat every few days feed them?
