I have three Eheim professionel II pumps, a 2026, a 2028 and a 2128. The 2026 would be perfect for your tank. They are the best filters out there, the 2026 is in a cabinet under my 200 liter tank and you have put your ear up to the door to hear it ! The 2028 is on a shelf under my 500...

If it is an Eheim, there should be a sticker on it somewhere - with the serial and model number. The only thing I could think of, is an older version of their classic 2211 .

I have been using an Eheim automatic gravel cleaner for a while now. Eheim ( second picture down ) It does a great job, and the batteries last for ages ( Duracell included ! ) EDIT Oops, just re-read your post, its not cheap though, I believe it costs around 50 pounds in the UK.

A little tip for searching online, Google is a good tool for searching, but use your own country- ie www.google.com.au/ and then when you search, click the pages from Australia button. That way, when you search for the word aquarium, you will get all the Australian firms first...
