I already have access to an RO water supply, so that isn't a problem. My tap water has a PH of around 8.3, I must be honest and say I haven't checked it for nitrates.. I have just checked my tank and it is running Ammonia = 0, Nitrites =>0.3, Nitrates seem a little high at about 50 mg/l
