Hello, Ive brought a second hand 5ft tank which is a little grubby, My mate said use some salt water and gave me a scraper blade :o . Should I use salt water if so what type of salt :dunno: . Im definetly not taking a scraper blade to it :kana: .

elvis is a very fussy eater and will not touch drioed food unless it has chicken mince etc added. but in this weather he just wants to drink and i give him ice lollies. if all else is well i would not worry to much as most of us humans are the same and dont eat as much in the hot weather.

Hello, I will be picking up a 5 foot fish tank and thought I would have a go at building my own stand using Simonbrowns DIY guide. I was just wandering if I need to use any type of water proofing? :S
