I read that UV light can fix this very fast, can i buy uv sterylizer like this even if not specificaly for aquarium? Because my light is similar and maybe will fit.

My aquarium is about 45l. I have some shrimps, snails, cory, neons and ancitrus. A couple of days suddenly water become soo dirty. I wacuum some dirty from bottom, i clean 80% water yesterday but its still the same, i have this aquarium for more than 10 years and this is first time. Advice? I...
