Quick Update - thanks for your fantastic advice Myraan and FishNturt808! I called around and found a local aquarist who can rehome the rummies for me, and was also able to give me 10 ember tetras. Should happen sometime next week.

Thanks for your reply! Yeah I do need to take a look at lowering the setting on the filter. Do you recommend I return the fish? Is there a tetra that would do better in the same dimensions?
