Damn. Nature is one cruel mistress.. I suppose only time will tell with this one. I’m not completely getting my hopes up but I’m still going to try my best with it! I’m learning everyday with this, as I’m fairly new to the hobby.

I’ll have to take a close look at them and see if I can see any signs that will help me determine the sexes. I would say they are both about 1.5 inches long, would you say that is about the size of Bettas under two months old, or above? Or is it different for every Betta?

Thanks for your advice! My baby fry is still going strong, I’m feeding it crushed up flakes and it seems to be doing the trick. I also have the fry in its own little breeder box to protect it from the other fish. Can’t wait to see it all grown up!
