How many plants would I need for a 34x18x20" tank ? An advert on EBay says 55 plants for a 3 foot tank, which sounds way too crowded. The Ebay user ID of the seller is wayne_sadler, has anyone had any plants from him ? Were they OK ? Nick.

I've just bought a Hagen Tropiquarium 88 off EBay, and the tank was used for saltwater marine. I want to set it up for tropical, do I need to do anything special to prepare it for tropical ? Will the BioLife filter be OK, or should I change the media in it ? I'm also looking at putting sand...
